Novemia works with a network of specialists rather than a fixed in-house team. Two routes in, depending on what you do.
Two ways to work together
As an associate
Project-based collaboration on a specific proposal, feasibility study or delivery phase. Most of our work is structured this way — a consortium partner, a technical specialist, or a second pair of hands on a submission with a hard deadline.
As an employee
We advertise positions here when they open. There are no open positions at present, but speculative applications are read and kept on file.
Backgrounds we work with
Projects vary, and so does what they need. Broadly, we work with people from:
- Funding and grant work
- Environment, climate and sustainability
- Energy
- Engineering, architecture and construction
- Finance and analysis
- Procurement, administration and project management
If your background is close to any of these, or you think it is useful to us in a way this list does not cover, get in touch and we will work out whether there is a fit.
How to get in touch
Send a CV and a short note to hello@novemia.com, saying which of the two routes above you have in mind and what kind of project you would want to be part of. A single relevant example of your work is worth more than a long list.
We read everything that arrives and reply to anyone whose background fits something we are working on or expect to be working on. If we do not have a fit immediately, your details stay on file for two years unless you ask us to remove them. See the privacy notice.
